Pursuant to Article 13 of the new European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data, as well as the free circulation of such data (GDPR), Mansi Filippo, an individual company that owns the platform sixtyonelabs.com, with registered office in Via Nizza n. 45, 00198 Rome (RM), as the data controller, informs the user that the personal data provided will be subject to processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activity of the Data Controller. The data will be processed both with computer tools and on paper and on any other type of suitable support, in compliance with adequate technical and organizational security measures provided for by the GDPR. The data collected will be stored for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed ("principle of limitation of storage", art. 5, GDPR) or based on the deadlines set by law. The verification of the obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically. The interested party always has the right to request from the Data Controller access to his/her data, the correction or deletion of the same, the limitation of the processing or the possibility of opposing the processing, to request the portability of the data, to withdraw the consent to the processing by asserting these and other rights provided by the GDPR through a simple communication to the Data Controller. The interested party can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. It is understood that the provision of consent to the data processing through free choice is optional, but essential to proceed with the placing of orders and or in any case with the establishment of commercial relationships.
